The hands behind every piece
A Seven Rituals garment passes through many hands before it reaches yours: the farmer, the spinner, the dyer, the weaver and the tailor. This page is where we introduce them, by name, with their permission and in their own words.
The weavers
Our cloth is woven on handlooms in small weaving communities, one pick at a time. A single shirt length can take several days on the loom. Profiles of the weavers for Chapter I will appear here soon.
The tailors
Each piece is cut and stitched in a small workshop, in limited numbers, with care for every seam and buttonhole.
How we work together
We work with makers directly, agree on fair prices for their time before work begins, and never ask for speed over quality. Every garment carries the name of the artisan who made it and the number of days it took.
